These terms apply to your use of thecreativecubicles.com and to the services provided by Creative Cubicles, 1524 Sadashiv Peth, Pune, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to them. If you are a client, your written quote or proposal forms part of these terms, and if the two ever conflict, your quote takes priority.
1. Our services
We design and build websites and online stores, set up and optimise Google Business Profiles, add chat and booking tools, and provide hosting and maintenance. The exact work for your project, including pages, features, timeline and price, is set out in the quote you accept.
2. Quotes and payment
- Every project starts with a fixed, itemised quote. The price will not change unless you ask for work outside the agreed scope, and we will always get your written approval before charging for anything extra.
- Payment milestones (for example, an advance before work begins and the balance before launch) and due dates are listed in your quote.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and are subject to applicable taxes, such as GST, unless stated otherwise.
- If a payment is overdue, we may pause work until it is received, and timelines will move accordingly.
3. Your responsibilities
To keep your project on time, you agree to provide content (text, images, logos, product details), feedback and approvals promptly. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any material you give us, and that it does not break any law or anyone else’s rights. Delays in content or feedback may extend the timeline.
4. Revisions and approvals
You will see a design preview before we build, and you can test the finished site before launch. The number of revision rounds included is stated in your quote. Nothing goes live without your approval. Changes requested after approval, or new features outside the agreed scope, are quoted separately.
5. Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, you own your website, its design, your content and your domain, and we hand over all logins. Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images remain subject to their own licences, which we will tell you about. We may show your project in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to.
6. Third-party costs and services
Domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, payment gateways, email services and similar tools may carry their own fees and terms. These are listed in your quote. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes made by these providers, including Google, WhatsApp and hosting companies, though we will help you deal with them.
7. Hosting and maintenance plans
Hosting and maintenance plans are billed for the period stated in your plan and include the updates, backups, security monitoring and support described there. You can cancel with notice as set out in your plan. If you stop a plan, your website remains yours, and we will help you move it or hand over everything needed for someone else to maintain it.
8. Results
We work hard to help your website and Google listing bring you more customers, and we share honest advice along the way. However, search rankings, traffic, enquiries and sales depend on many factors outside our control, such as search engine algorithms and your market, so we cannot guarantee specific results.
9. Liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Ending a project
Either of us can end a project by written notice. If that happens, you pay for the work completed up to that date, and we hand over everything completed and paid for. Advances cover work already scheduled and are refundable only as stated in your quote.
11. Confidentiality and privacy
We keep your business information and logins confidential and use them only to deliver your project. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Using our website
The content, illustrations and design of thecreativecubicles.com belong to Creative Cubicles. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. Please do not misuse the site, for example by sending spam through our forms or trying to disrupt it. Information on our website is for general guidance and may change without notice.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve any disagreement through an honest conversation first. If that does not work, the courts in Pune, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your project is the one in place when you accepted your quote. For any questions, contact:
